The recession and our personal responsibility

technically not in recessionI have noticed that the average employees care less whether we are on a recession or not. They continue to gripe about the inefficiency of the government, the increasing inflation, the rising cost of living and health services. I wonder if they took a moment to reflect that they (we) are actually part of the problem. We are. The war between Gaza and Israel, the worst recession in history that U.S. faces, the instability of the fragmented Russian states, among others have bearing in our way of life, regardless if you are a citizen of the Himalayas in Nepal. With globalization, all of us now live in a symbiotic relationship. Hence, we are a part of and affected in any of these problems and issues.

Why rant here? Or why mention those issues? How do I connect the dotted lines? Actually it boils down to this: we are responsible for our own predicament and we need to manage where and what we are right now in order to live a better life instead of complaining about what’s going on around us. Alright. That is rather a lengthy and bold statement huh.
