To date or NOT to date
"To date or not to date?" that is the question.
Now, should I capitalize on my marital (complicated) status, being a single dad? I mean, should I be more attractive to women out there if I announce to the world that I am single dad who failed on his first marriage and is struggling to raise a two-year old son?
Or should I just pretend like most of my peers and pretend that I am excellent at dating and serious relationships? Does this makes sense?
Used to be a smooth fella (*bragging) in the dating scene. Used to be. Underscore that.
But now, after a marriage that didn’t work, I seemed to have lost the edge. With the proliferation of online dating sites on the net, I seem to be running out of reasons not to go out and get one. Well, a dating site could be a good place to start. However, I still have to hone my social skills to get into the dating game again. A rehash probably? My social gears are too rusty and squeaking my golly. I really need some help in that department.
Anyhow, so to date or not to date? Ahhh. It does not even makes sense to ask that. Okey okey, I am just being rhetorical there. Time to get out of my comfort zone kiddo and start dating real women.
