Frankly, a mobile phone or cellular phone for me is simply a communication device. However, these days it is but common that the typical mobile phone comes with a plethora of other functionalities, like a camera, a radio, an ebook reader, a web browser, a game console, an MP2 player, and more. Thus, when you buy one, you are also confronted with a plethora of choices. How do you manage to arrive at a good decision to buy?

As a rule of thumb, you go with what you prefer or need most. I only need mine to place and receive calls, send and receive SMS, browse the web, and especially, listen to good music while commuting or relaxing. Thus it is easy for me to pick one or pick LG Chocolate Touch for that matter.
